1st Day: On arrival in Lençóis / Visit to the Muritiba Municipal Park

 

Pick up at the Airport or Bus Station in Lençóis

 

The Muritiba Municipal Park is located right at the edge of the town of Lençóis. A light walk will bring you to the waterfalls and cascades of the Lençóis River. Your first stop will be the Serrano natural pools – perfect for a refreshing dip, with a beautiful view of the town below – then continuing on through the park to visit the Colored Sand Caves, the Halley Pool, and the Primavera Waterfall, with various places to swim, beautiful waterfalls, and a fantastic overlook high above the town of Lençóis. On the way back, you will enjoy the crystalline waters of the Cachoeirinha

waterfall.

2nd Day: The Sossego waterfall

 

Leaving on foot from Lençóis, you will hike approximately 6 km to an exciting waterfall. The trail passes through wonderful landscapes in the hills, with native flowers and vegetation all around. Part of the trail involves rock-hopping in the riverbed until reaching the magnificent Sossego Waterfall, with its large, deep pool for swimming and visual enjoyment.

3rd Day:  Rappelling at the Lapão Cave 

 

Adrenaline and fun! Your outing leaves from the town of Lençóis at 08:30, along an easy trail to the top of the second largest quartzite cave in the country, with a mouth more than 50 m tall that you can rappel down (using our certified equipment). The view from the top of the cave is absolutely splendid.

4th Day:The Fumaça Waterfall

 

We leave from Lençóis at 08:30 to Capão Valley, where the trail to the Fumaça Waterfall begins. The trail provides a continuous view of Capão Valley surrounded by mountain ridges, peaks, and the Chapada Diamantina National Park, with its rich fauna and flora of orchids, decorative plants, and forests. The trail climbs to a wide plateau that feeds the Fumaça Waterfall – with its fantastic view and freefall of 340 m. On the way back, you will visit the Riachinho Municipal Park, with a refreshing waterfall and spacious pools for swimming and relaxing.
