Following an initial day exploring classic sights, we delve deep into the valley: hiking across vast plateaus to stunning viewpoints, indulging in refreshing waterfall dips, and spending nights in local families' homes, immersing in their culture and cuisine.

Day 1
Departure 8:30 AM · Return 6:30 PM · Lunch Included · Moderate Difficulty. We depart from Lençóis for Gruta da Lapa Doce, an expansive limestone cave adorned with stalactites and stalagmites. After exploring the cave, we enjoy a homemade regional lunch, followed by a visit to Fazenda Pratinha — a complex of crystal-blue waters perfect for swimming — and the incredible Gruta Azul. On our return, we ascend Morro do Pai Inácio to witness Chapada's most iconic sunset view.
Day 2
Depart 08:00 · Return 18:30 · Trail lunch included · Intense level. We drive from Lençóis to Vila do Guiné, navigating both paved and off-road sections. Our trek begins across the Gerais do Rio Preto, offering incredible views, opportunities for river swims, and a snack stop before reaching Mirante do Vale. We'll spend the night and dine at a local family's home, enjoying a regional buffet. Approximately 9 km of hiking.
Day 3
Depart 08:00 · Return 18:30 · Trail lunch included · Intense level. Following a hearty breakfast, we explore Cachoeiras dos Funis, do Lajedo, and das Bananeiras, before ascending Morro do Castelo. Here, we'll be rewarded with incredible mountain-top views and traverse a cave. We hike an average of 12 km, carrying only light day packs. Overnight and dinner are at a local family's home.
Day 4
Depart 08:00 · Return 18:30 · Trail lunch included · Intense level. After breakfast, we proceed to Cachoeirão por cima, where numerous waterfalls cascade into a canyon over 200 meters high. We'll enjoy river swims and a hearty trail lunch. Upon reaching Aleixos, an agency vehicle will be waiting for our return to Lençóis.

Generally, summer (January to March) brings more rain and higher temperatures, but that’s not always the case; this period can also have dry spells, and some winters bring rain.
